Toshiba WEBRMA is designed to help the end-user (customer)
create a warranty claim for a defective Toshiba branded accessory or
To create an RMA:
STEP 1) CREATE AN RMA BY CLICKING ON THE START BUTTON BELOW.
By clicking START and creating an RMA, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions described below.
Submit the RMA by providing your name & address information, product information and proof of purchase.
Once submitted, you will receive an email with details of your RMA.
To continue, please click the Start button below to begin the claim process.
STEP 2) SHIP YOUR PRODUCT TO TOSHIBA'S RETURN CENTER.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the product to the Toshiba Return Center.
STEP 3) RECEIVE YOUR VISA REWARD CARD.
The amount of the refund on the reward card will be the lower amount of either your purchase
price or the Toshiba sales price.
If your Toshiba branded product is less than 15 days old, and it failed,
please return it to the place of purchase.
If you are the reseller, distributor or wholesaler of Toshiba branded
Hard Drive, Storage device and Storage accessory products, you should not be using this system to
file a claim. You should refer the end user that purchased the product
to file the claim directly with this site.
Terms and Conditions
Proof of Purchase and return of defective item with packing list
In all cases, you are required to return the defective item, along with proof of retail purchase to Toshiba at your expense, within 30 days of the claim date. If Toshiba,
at its sole discretion, determines product has been damaged or abused, the claim will be rejected.
If you are unwilling or unable to return the defective product, or cannot provide written proof of retail purchase, Toshiba will be unable to process your claim.
You must be connected to or otherwise have access to a printer. To complete your claim, you will be required to print two copies of your claim packing list.
Non Toshiba branded accessories
If your defective product carries another vendor's brand (Epson, H-P, Canon, Logitech, etc.) please contact that vendor in accordance with the information provided in the original packaging.
NOTE: If you are renting or leasing your Toshiba product, please contact the company from whom you rented or leased for warranty service.
Toshiba may, under the terms of the Toshiba Standard Limited Warranty, and at its sole discretion, either replace the item or issue a refund.
